Meetings to evaluate daily test results and class condition reports are held as part of the school's efforts to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes. In this meeting, the teacher conveys and discusses the results of students' daily tests, including the level of achievement of learning completeness, students who need remediation, and students who need enrichment. Apart from that, class conditions were also discussed which included attendance, discipline, activeness, students' attitudes and behavior, class cleanliness, as well as various obstacles found during the learning process.

Based on the results of the discussion, the teacher together with the school carried out an evaluation of the problems found and prepared the necessary follow-up steps. This follow-up includes the implementation of remedial and enrichment, assistance for students who experience learning difficulties, increasing discipline, and improving learning strategies. It is hoped that the results of the meeting can become a basis for teachers in planning further learning so that student development can be monitored and improved continuously.
